Learn how to paint a nature-inspired design as you relax with family, friends, or co-workers. All levels of watercolor experience are welcome!
We'll use high-quality watercolor paints and paper with a pre-drawn design for ease of learning. We'll fill in the lines like a [water]coloring book with step-by-step verbal and written instructions, plus a timelapse video of the projects that you can pull up on your phone throughout the night. We'll do a couple of small warm-up watercolor doodles, then we'll paint the main project on a 5x7 piece of high-quality watercolor paper.
Along the way you'll learn more about the how's and why's of watercolor paint that will lead you to a deeper understanding of how to work with it so you can unleash your hidden creativity. I hope you'll finish the night with excitement and the knowledge to pick up a new hobby in this beautiful (and easy-to-clean) painting media!
Projects
Designs are carefully created to be easy enough for total beginners, but also with room to make creative additions for those with more experience. You'll have time to complete one painting per person. Along with warmup watercolor doodles, demos, snacking, and socializing, it goes by fast!
Prior to your event, your group will be able to choose a design from an online gallery that will be emailed to you after booking. Swipe through the pictures on this page to get an idea of the style. All designs are nature themes.
Custom Projects
With at least two weeks' notice, I can create a custom design for your party. Each design is an authentic work, created with a human artistic process that is carefully developed and refined for teaching watercolor.
Please inquire about paint-your-pet parties, as the time required for prepwork incurs a higher ticket price.
Minimum Number of Seats Filled
4 people are needed for a private party, or your group can pay the difference. Free hostess ticket for groups of 6 or more! Simply add the package to your cart and the discount will automatically be applied.
