Private Watercolor Paint Parties

Unwind and create with a private, nature-inspired watercolor paint night.

Experience the fluid beauty of watercolor in the comfort of your home, office, or vacation rental with a chill paint-n-sip style party. Each paint party starts with a pre-designed outline that you fill in with vibrant watercolor paint, learning tips and tricks from Rebecca as you go. You'll experience a positive and encouraging teaching process so guests of all skill levels (especially total beginners) feel confident and relaxed throughout the session. We bring the mobile studio to you, providing everything you need to enjoy a relaxed and rewarding creative experience on O'ahu.

What’s Included in Your Experience

• A Mobile Art Studio: I bring all the high-quality supplies needed for a beautiful result, including vibrant pigments, brushes, palettes, and water cups. (I also have a limited number of folding tables, benches, and a pop-up tent available if needed!)
• Demonstration & Personalized Coaching: We’ll begin with a live demo and a fun "warm-up" on practice paper. Once you start your main project, I provide one-on-one guidance and tips tailored to your specific pace and style. 
• High-Quality Materials: Each guest receives a 5"x7" sheet of 140lb watercolor paper. (Select designs are on 8x10" paper.) The design is pre-outlined on the front for a stress-free start, but I also provide the outline on the back, giving you the freedom to start fresh or save the template to paint again at home.
• Keep the Inspiration Flowing: Because everyone paints at their own speed, I always have extra blank paper, cards, and design-transfer tools on hand. This ensures that fast painters or those wanting extra practice can keep creating until the very end of the session.

Booking Details

• Group Size & Ages: Our workshops are designed for groups of 4-12 guests and are perfect for adults and teens. 
• Timeframe: 2 hours of painting/teaching time (Please allow about 30 minutes before and after for setup/cleanup.)
• Location & Travel: I travel across O‘ahu to bring the studio to you. (Groups of 4-8 are welcome in my studio in Waipahu.)
• Parking: For locations where free parking is unavailable (such as Waikiki, Ko'olina, or certain business districts), the host is responsible for providing a parking pass or reimbursing the actual cost of parking/valet on the day of the event.

Investment

• Price: $37 per guest (All high-quality supplies included). *For a limited time: Groups of 8 or more receive one free ticket if purchased as a group!
  
• Booking Minimum/Maximum: A minimum of 6 guests for your location on O'ahu, or a minimum of 4 guests for a private event in-studio in Waipahu is required. If the minimum number of people cannot be met, the equivalent number of tickets will need to be purchased. Please contact us about groups over 12.
• Adding Guests: Last-minute guests? Additional guest tickets may be purchased online up to 24 hours prior to the event.

How to Book Your Party

1. Confirm Availability: Please call or email me prior to booking to confirm your preferred date and time are available. Here is my calendar with general availability.

2. Purchase Tickets: Once your date is confirmed, return to this page to purchase your tickets and officially reserve your spot on the calendar! Dates will not be held until tickets are booked.

3. Pick Your Project: Browse the Project Catalog and choose a project for your group. (One per group unless otherwise stated.) Custom design requests may be available with at least four weeks' notice.
