Project Selection for Private Events

PRIVATE EVENT SELECTION ONLY. This option is available exclusively for groups with a confirmed event scheduled at least two weeks in advance. This design is not available for individual retail purchase. Please do not "Add to Cart" or "Check Out" with this item unless instructed. Any orders placed for this project without a confirmed and coordinated party date will be automatically canceled. If you haven't already done so, please contact Rebecca about mutual availability for your private paint-n-sip and then book your tickets here.

Custom Designs

How it Works:
If you have a specific theme in mind that isn’t in our catalog, Rebecca can create a custom design for your party. Please note that this is a project request, not a traditional commission. 

Creative Control: 
To ensure the project is achievable for learners of all levels, Rebecca will design the subject based on her professional experience. The artist retains all creative and professional decision-making regarding the style, composition, and difficulty of the piece.

Please note: The artist does not provide sketches, previews, or drafts. There is no feedback or approval loop during the design process. Rebecca interprets your theme through her professional lens to create a teachable watercolor lesson for all learners.

Flexibility Guarantee:
If the final custom design isn't quite what you envisioned, you are welcome to swap it for any existing design in our Catalog at least 48 hours before your event.

Intellectual Property:
Custom designs are not exclusive. All rights remain with the artist, and the design will be added to our permanent catalog for others to enjoy in the future.

Artist’s Commitment: No AI Art
Rebecca hand-designs every project in this catalog from scratch. AI "art" has no place in her design process, and she is committed to keeping it that way. You can see the behind-the-scenes human effort that goes into every design on her Instagram here.

Group Coordinators: Please select one design for your private watercolor party. You can finalize your choice by adding this project to your cart and checking out (at $0 cost), or by emailing Rebecca with your selection at least 48 hours before your event.

Endless Color Options: While the sample images show specific colors, your group will have access to a full palette. You are welcome to dilute, mix, and customize your piece to match your own creative vision!

All Skill Levels Welcome: These designs are created to be fun and relaxing, regardless of experience. I am always happy to provide more complex tips and techniques for guests looking for an extra challenge.
